Entry Level B2B Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic FULL TIME ENTRY LEVEL B2B Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will generate leads, attract new clients, and close deals.
Your responsibilities will include creating and submitting sales reports, building rapport with new and existing customers within your territory, evaluating their needs, and negotiating successful deals. The ideal candidate has an outgoing personality, exceptional customer service and negotiation skills, and a strong desire to close deals.

Responsibilities
- Develop rapport and build relationships with existing & potential customers
- Travel to appointments and meetings with potential and existing customers within your territory
- Meet or exceed designated sales targets
- Create & implement an effective sales strategy
- Document all leads, sales, and customer interactions in customer relationship management (CRM) program
- Use best practices in negotiation and sales techniques to close sales

Qualifications:
- High school diploma/GED required, Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Previous experience in sales
- Excellent negotiation & customer service skills
- Strong written & verbal communication skills
- A positive attitude & ability to be persistent
