Corporate Relations & Exhibition Services Intern

What we're looking for: Under the direction of the Assistant Director: Corporate & Exhibition Services, the Corporate Relations & Exhibition Services Intern will assist in the day-to-day logistics including maintaining exhibitor database, communicating with current/sponsor exhibitors, and coordinating meeting materials for the Scientific Assembly and Annual Meeting.

This position is a paid internship ($15/hour) at 15-20 hours per week, in a hybrid work environment in our Oak Brook, IL office. The internship begins early September and ends mid-December (approximately 14 weeks).

What you'll do:

  1. Assist in the maintenance of the exhibitor and sponsorship database
  2. Assist in the processing and communication of exhibitor's booth activities
  3. Assist in the coordination and production of marketing activities
  4. Assist in the tracking/proofing of sponsorship activities
  5. Coordinate production of onsite meeting materials
  6. Provide support to other areas of the Department with special projects
  7. Support Corporate Relations and Exhibition Services activities at McCormick Place during annual meeting
  8. Perform other duties as assigned

What you'll need:

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) and various software programs
  • Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work at McCormick Place for RSNA 2025, November 30-December 3
