True Form Coaching & Counseling—founded by licensed therapist, coach, and somatic healing expert Karen Quigley—is seeking a passionate and self-driven Marketing Intern to help expand our brand, launch an online course, and support the release of an upcoming book in Fall 2025.
This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of key marketing initiatives, work directly with the founder, and gain hands-on experience building an audience and strategy from the ground up.
You’ll have the opportunity to shape the digital identity, audience, and growth strategies for both brands under the mentorship of Karen Quigley, a licensed therapist, coach, and ceramic artist.
What You’ll Do
- Create and schedule content across Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook
- Update and maintain our website (basic coding/tech comfort helpful)
- Grow our Mailchimp mailing list and send email campaigns
- Promote our signature course and track engagement
- Coordinate book tour logistics and press outreach
- Help build a local and online community around healing and wellness
Compensation
- $300 monthly stipend for roughly 40 hours a month or 10 hours a week
- $30 bonus for every course registration you generate
- Flexible, remote work schedule
What We’re Looking For
- Majoring in Marketing, Communications, PR, or Business
- Strong writing and content creation skills
- Familiar with social media strategy and basic web tools
- Interest in wellness, mental health, or personal development
- Proactive, creative, and organized
- Collaborative leadership skills
