What You'll Do

  • Call, text, and connect with warm homeowner leads (not cold-calling randos)
  • Build real conversations and uncover seller needs
  • Negotiate, overcome objections, and close profitable deals
  • Analyze properties, calculate values, and present strong offers
  • Track your own performance like your paycheck depends on it (because it does)

What Winning Daily Looks Like

  • 3+ qualified seller convos
  • 2+ offers sent
  • 2+ hours talk time
  • 4–6 deals closed/month = strong commissions

Mediocre effort = mediocre income.
Elite effort = Elite results.

Compensation: $60,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
