Product Manager
An established and reputable insurance provider based in Wisconsin is looking for a Product Manager to lead strategy and development for its Personal Lines Motorcycle products. This hybrid role combines product development, regulatory compliance, and cross-functional collaboration to improve profitability, expand market presence, and enhance customer satisfaction.
Role:
As Product Manager, you will:
π΅ Develop and implement product strategies to meet premium and profit goals
π Own product performance including loss and expense metrics
πΊοΈ Drive expansion into new markets and identify risk appetite improvements
βοΈ Collaborate across Analytics, Actuarial, Claims, and Compliance teams
π Lead development of pricing, coverage solutions, and underwriting guidelines
𧩠Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
π€ Partner with internal stakeholders to prioritize and implement product enhancements
Requirements:
π Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
π
2+ years of experience in Personal Lines insurance (5+ preferred)
π’ Strong background in product management, underwriting, or insurance operations
π Demonstrated analytical and leadership skills
π¬ Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
π₯ People management experience is a plus
