Inside Sales Representative
Next Level Solutions is seeking an Inside Sales Representative in Harahan for one of our amazing clients in the home decor industry. They are a family owned and operated business serving south Louisiana for over 40 years.
Summary: As an Inside Sales Person, you will engage with customers, provide tailored decorative hardware solutions, follow up on leads, build relationships, stay informed on trends, and collaborate with the sales team to drive growth and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in making hardware selections for their new home or remodel project
- Support walk-in clients, contractors, and designers (including by appointment)
- Prepare quotes and provide timely follow-ups
- Support customers with cabinet maker supplies such as hinges, drawer slides, glue, nails, etc.
- Accurately enter quotes and orders into the computer system
- Assist with receiving, sorting, and pulling orders as needed
- Answer incoming phone calls and provide helpful, friendly service
- Perform general customer service duties to ensure an excellent client experience
Qualifications:
- High school diploma required; some college coursework preferred but not mandatory
- Proven sales experience, ideally in inside or outside sales (not traditional retail)
- Proficient with computers; working knowledge of Microsoft Excel is a plus
- Self-motivated with a professional demeanor and strong work ethic
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Team-oriented with the ability to collaborate effectively
- Familiarity with cabinet making or interior design is a plus, but not required
- Must be available to work consistently Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
