Job Title: Podcast Producer – Living Transformed Podcast

Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative, organized, and mission-driven podcast producer

to lead the production of Living Transformed, a weekly faith-based podcast

focused on inspiring, equipping, and encouraging listeners to live out

holistic wellness—spiritually, mentally, emotionally, and physically. This

role involves managing all aspects of podcast production from ideation

through publishing, while also contributing to the podcast’s digital presence

through Instagram content and light graphic design. It’s a meaningful

opportunity to shape and share stories of transformation through both

audio and visual platforms.

General Responsibilities:●

Manage end-to-end production of weekly podcast episodes

Record and edit audio using GarageBand, ensuring high sound

quality and a smooth listening experience

Use Descript for transcription, filler-word removal, and episode

polishing

Upload and publish finalized episodes to Podbean, managing

metadata, categories, and scheduled releases

Coordinate and schedule guest interviews; handle communication

and confirmation logistics

Conduct pre-interviews and prep guests for episode content and flow

Write compelling show notes and episode titles optimized for each

episode●

Collaborate with the marketing team to create and post promotional

assets on Instagram

Provide creative input for Instagram content strategy and captions

related to weekly episodes

Design simple, on-brand graphics using Canva or similar tools for

podcast promotion

Monitor listener engagement via Podbean analytics and provide

insights on performance trends
