The successful candidate will plan, organize, and direct activities associated with pricing, financial planning, analysis, reporting, budgeting, revenue & load forecasting, capital formation, and ratings agency relations within the Electric Department; will develop and implement the department’s broader financial strategy; will ensure the department has adequate liquidity to meet short and long term capital investment plans; will design customer rates that fairly and equitably recover the cost of service, will maintain full transparency regarding the organization's financial performance and obligations; and will model excellence that inspires colleagues and staff in establishing an inclusive and safe workplace that attracts, motivates and retains diverse, talented employees.
