Financial Affairs Analyst

Summary of Job Duties:
Reporting to the Assistant Vice Provost for Distance Education Administration, the Financial Affairs Analyst is responsible for performing a variety of fiscal and administrative support to the department to include: program assistance, accounting, registration, grant management, budgeting, and other duties as assigned. The Financial Affairs Analyst will work onsite in the downtown Fayetteville office.
Regular, reliable and non-disruptive attendance is an essential job duty, as is the ability to create and maintain collegial, harmonious working relationships with others.
Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
The formal education equivalent of a bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, general business, or a related field from an accredited institution of higher education
At least one year of related experience
Preferred Qualifications:
University of Arkansas experience
Three years of related experience
Experience using CashNet and Workday
Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Access
Higher Education experience
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Ability to analyze data and present it in a report
Knowledge of non-credit programs
Knowledge of Excel
Accounting skills
Communication skills
