Position: Logistics Intern

Work Address: 860 North Dorothy Drive Suite 600, Richardson, TX 75081

Our logistics team plays a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless movement of products and maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction. As a Logistics Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience in the world of logistics and contribute to our mission of excellence.

Responsibilities:

  • Verify, enter and track step by step from Purchase Order, Packing Slip to Invoice to customer and payment status using QuickBooks.
  • Assist the team in coordinating and monitoring daily distribution and logistics.
  • Support the tracking , scheduling and routing of shipments with UPS Worldship and truck companies.
  • Participate in warehouse activities, including receiving, picking, packing and dispatching. Ability to lift and/or move up to 25 lbs.
  • Participate in inventory management activities, including cycle counts and stock reconciliation.
  • Provide support during peak periods and assist other special projects assigned by supervisor.

Qualifications:

We are looking for an intern who can contribute at least 3 full days (8hrs, Mon-Fri) per week. 

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Effective oral and written communication
  • Strong attention-to-detail, accuracy, problem solving skills
  • Basic skillsets in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Familiar with Adobe PDF and Photoshop (Preferred)
  • Experience using QuickBooks Desktop (Preferred)
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin Chinese (Preferred)

We do offer a full-time job after the completion of the 3-month internship according to performance. We also provide CPT, OPT and H1B sponsorship.
