Social Media Content Intern

One Mighty Mill is on a mission to fix our broken food system with stone-milled, organic wheat, making healthier, better-tasting bread, bagels, and tortillas. We believe in food that’s mighty for people, mighty for communities, and mighty for the planet. We're looking for a creative, social-savvy intern to help tell our story and grow our online presence.

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Filming and creating engaging social video content (BTS, Food / Recipe Content + More!)
  • Researching and pitching new content ideas based on trends and brand fit
  • Commenting on trending videos to boost visibility and brand awareness
  • Helping manage our online community by responding to comments and DMs
  • Sharing light analysis reports showcasing performance, competitor insights, and new ideas we should test

 

What We’re Looking For:

  • Sharp eye for trends, online culture, and what grabs attention
  • Comfortable and confident filming + editing content
  • Self-starter who can work independently and collaborate with the team
  • Strong communication skills and a good feel for brand voice
  • Currently enrolled in college

 

Bonus / Nice to Have:

  • Some graphic design experience (Canva, Adobe Express, Photoshop, or similar)
  • You've worked with social tools or managed brand accounts before
  • Passion for CPG brands, food media, or a strong personal interest in food

Location: Remote (US based, Boston-area preferred but not required)

Hours: 10–12 hours/week, ideally Tuesday–Thursday

Compensation: $15 an hour

Timeline:  (3-4 Months) but flexible!
