DTC Sales & Showroom Experience Lead

As the DTC Sales & Showroom Experience Lead, you will be the face of the Stivali brand in our Brooklyn showroom while also playing a critical role in the success of our online direct-to-consumer (DTC) business. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role ideal for someone passionate about driving sales, curating elevated brand experiences, and optimizing the customer journey across both physical and digital touchpoints.

You’ll collaborate with marketing, operations, and e-commerce to ensure every client interaction—whether in person, online, or over the phone—is warm, efficient, and brand-aligned.

Key Responsibilities

- Showroom Sales & Customer Experience

  • Lead daily showroom operations with warmth, confidence, and professionalism
  • Provide exceptional in-person service—educate and style clients, convert walk-ins into loyal customers
  • Organize and refresh showroom displays weekly to maintain strong visual merchandising
  • Greet and host showroom appointments, events, and private fittings
  • Open and close the showroom, ensuring a clean, inviting, and organized space

- E-Commerce & Digital Operations

  • Fulfill DTC orders daily (print, pack, ship) with attention to detail
  • Ensure product listings (descriptions, prices, images) are current on Shopify and marketplaces
  • Assist with customer service across online, phone, email, and social platforms
  • Coordinate inventory between online and in-store systems; flag discrepancies
  • Track and report key performance metrics (sales, returns, fulfillment rates)

- Omnichannel Sales Strategy

  • Collect and analyze customer behavior and sales data across touchpoints
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing team to implement unified brand experiences
  • Share weekly insights to improve conversion, repeat sales, and client retention
  • Serve as a liaison between DTC and wholesale departments for operational clarity

- Brand & Marketing Support

  • Assist in developing content ideas for social media, newsletters, and campaigns
  • Be camera-comfortable to support product storytelling (photos/videos)
  • Support event and campaign execution (setup, breakdown, hosting)

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in retail, showroom, or e-commerce sales (footwear or fashion preferred)
  • Proficiency in Shopify, G-Suite, and POS systems
  • Comfortable with physical showroom tasks.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 per hour + Bonus + Comissions
