Studio Operations Assistant

The Studio Operations Assistant provides support to day-to-day studio activities and client-facing services, ensuring a high-quality experience for families and staff.

Key Responsibilities

 - Assist with employee scheduling and managing the studio schedule 

- Support Paint Parties and Bootcamps as needed 

- Help with purchasing materials and organizing studio inventory 

- Maintain the front desk area and assist with general office duties 

- Use Resova to schedule and coordinate classes and events 

- Oversee Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Payroll 

- Respond to emails and phone calls; draft bulk communications 

- Utilize Constant Contact to manage email campaigns and newsletters 

- Greet and Communicate with parents and clients regarding scheduling and account concerns

- Coordinate logistics for events, workshops, and studio programs 

- Support social media engagement and collaborate on marketing strategies
