About the Role

We’re hiring ONE full-time, in-office Real Estate Finance Associate to join our growing team in Carmel, Indiana. This is an entry-level position with no prior mortgage or finance experience required — just the right attitude, strong work ethic, and hunger to learn.

You’ll be trained in every facet of the business — from backend operations to Front End client communication, compliance, systems, and strategy.

What You’ll Learn

· How to assist with client files, follow-ups, disclosures, and documentation

· How to support loan processing, underwriting, and investor communication

· How to manage CRM systems, timelines, and pipeline tasks

· How to work cross-functionally with high-performing teams

Career Progression

This is a launchpad role with multiple growth paths depending on your skills and interests.

Top performers will have the opportunity to advance into roles such as:

· Loan Success Coordinator – pipeline and client communication support

· Loan Success Manager – manage loans from contract to close

· Loan Advisor – originate and close loans directly with clients

· Junior Underwriter – specialize in loan structuring and credit review

Schedule

· Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

· Every other Saturday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM

· Some flexibility based on business needs

Compensation & Benefits

· Base Salary: $45,000/year
