Arcadia Home Care & Staffing is a non-medical in-home care provider with over 40 years of experience and dedication to enhancing the quality of life of their clients while positively impacting their employees! Arcadia is seeking to hire a Service Coordinator in Ford City. We will provide training on care, systems, policies, procedures, and leadership.
Position Information
- Team Leader responsible for the office
- Manages all employees & clients
- Scheduling
- Conducting client intakes
- Conducting client & employee supervisory visits
- Recruiting, hiring, and onboarding new employees
- Marketing & Networking
Qualifications
- Must have great communication skills (verbal & written)
- Must be patient & compassionate
- Must have a positive attitude
- Must have attention to detail
- Must be organization
- Must have the ability to meeting deadlines
- Must have the ability to learn & adapt
- Must have advance experience with computers and Microsoft Office package
