Showroom & Sales Development Associate (Wholesale & Retail)
Location: Dallas, TX | Full-Time | In-Person Only

Stivali New York is seeking a PROACTIVE, sales-driven team member to lead both retail and wholesale growth from our new Dallas-Stivali New York showroom. This full-time, in-person role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment—balancing daily in-store retail sales with developing wholesale relationships across the Southern U.S.

As the face of Stivali in Dallas, you’ll be responsible for creating a memorable client experience, maintaining showroom standards, organizing community events, and nurturing relationships with boutique buyers and retail partners. You’ll also work closely with our HQ team to align on seasonal goals, inventory, and marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
● Lead daily in-store sales and deliver exceptional service to every client
● Maintain showroom cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising
● Host in-person appointments, styling sessions, and community events to drive brand awareness
● Identify and build relationships with local boutiques and regional wholesale prospects
● Schedule and conduct line presentations and assist with regional trade show activations
● Manage wholesale follow-ups, order processing, and customer service
● Ensure wholesale platforms (Faire, FashionGo, Brandboom) are kept updated
● Support e-commerce operations, including packing and shipping orders.
● Be responsible and accountable for the inventory stock. (organization, checks, and reports)
● Collaborating with the executive team to develop and implement strategic initiatives
● Overseeing key business operations to enhance efficiency and productivity
● Acting as a liaison between departments to ensure alignment with company goals
● Assisting in decision-making processes and representing the company in high-level meetings
● Assist and/or oversee other team members at this or other locations in the country.
● PERFORM OTHER RELATED DUTIES AND ASSIGNMENTS AS REQUIRED.

Must have, Qualifications & Skills
● Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
● Excellent attention to detail.
● Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
● Experience in the fashion industry preferred.
● Strong understanding of the federal and local accounting and legal landscape.
● Proactive, organized, and analytical skills.
● Strong written and verbal skills.
● Self-starter and quick learner of new technologies, tools, and processes.
● Great at receiving and offering feedback.
● Shopify, Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and related knowledge are preferred.
● Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
● Must be able to work in person at 5045 Willis Ave, Dallas, TX .

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
Retail Sales Performance
● Monthly in-store sales targets met or exceeded
● Average transaction value (ATV) and units per transaction (UPT) aligned with company
benchmarks
● Customer conversion rate from walk-ins or event attendees
Wholesale Development
● Minimum number of new boutique leads contacted weekly
● Number of new wholesale accounts opened quarterly
● Reorder rate from existing wholesale clients
● Timely and professional communication and follow-ups with buyers
Showroom & Brand Experience
● Showroom cleanliness and organization maintained at all times
● Visual merchandising updated weekly or per collection
● Number of showroom-hosted events per quarter
● Positive customer reviews and in-store feedback

Operations & Execution
● Wholesale and e-commerce platforms updated weekly ● Order fulfillment and inventory accuracy
● Responsiveness to internal communication and deadlines

Job Offer Breakdown Summary
● Offer Title: Dallas Retail & Wholesale Sales Associate
● Location: Knox/Henderson Dallas - Stivali New York Showroom, 5045 Willis Ave, Dallas, TX
● Offer Type: In-person full-time
● Duration: Indefinite at-will
● Schedule: Week and weekend days as required
● Compensation: Annual base salary of $25,000 plus bonuses, commission, and paid vacation.

The OTE Annual Salary Package is in the range of $30,000 base salary to $50,000, based on self-performance and if targets are met (Base salary + monthly bonuses + yearly
bonuses + sales commission + paid annual vacation)
