Position Overview:
As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in generating revenue by assisting customers, driving sales, and ensuring a seamless in-store or online experience. You’ll be the face of our brand and a critical part of our success.

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend products/services

Maintain product knowledge to confidently answer questions and offer solutions

Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals

Process transactions accurately and efficiently

Maintain a clean and organized sales floor or workspace

Assist in inventory management and restocking

Provide excellent post-sale customer service
