Law Intern or recent Law graduate

Looking for someone who is a 3rd law student or recent graduate who understands bushiness/contract law to ensure our filings are proper and compete.  Must be detail oriented and understand LLCs.

This is a project and not long-term or full-time.  If you are in Nevada that's a plus but not required.
