We are looking for someone with experience in all types of termite applications.
Position Summary:
The Operations Specialist plays a crucial role in managing and streamlining termite sales, client relations, scheduling, and reporting. This position supports both field operations and internal teams to ensure efficient processes, timely service delivery, and excellent customer experiences. The Specialist will help manage active termite contracts and coordinate with various departments to meet company goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and prioritize California-specific termite inspection and treatment reports.
- Support process-driven sales activities, ensuring timely and accurate proposal generation.
- Coordinate scheduling for termite inspections and treatments, maintaining effective communication with clients and technicians.
- Act as a primary point of contact for client relations, addressing customer inquiries and concerns professionally and efficiently.
- Collaborate with field technicians, sales representatives, and leadership to ensure smooth operations.
- Track contract fulfillment and assist with documentation for active termite contracts.
- Maintain and update operational databases and systems with accurate, timely information.
Qualifications:
- Highly detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
- Previous experience in sales support, operations, scheduling, or client services preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in technology tools for scheduling, reporting, and client management.
- Experience or familiarity with the pest control or termite industry is a plus.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with various teams.

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
