Customer Service Account Specialist

Position Notice:  Immediate opening for Customer Service Account Specialist

 

International Marketing Group (IMG) is a marketing and logistics company that operates in a number of specialized markets including broadcast television shopping, third party logistics (3PL) services, online retail and liquidations. We provide a number of different services including marketing and sales management, direct fulfillment, inventory management, technical expertise, customer service, and more. IMG has developed strategic relationships with a multitude of vendor partners – both large and small – to build their brands and provide attractive, differentiated product offerings to end consumers within each respective industry.

Job responsibilities will include:

  • Superior Customer Service - Manage and maintain relationships with Clients, Vendor Partners, Customers, etc. ensuring their needs are met and providing exceptional Customer Service.  Act as the primary point of contact, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and building long-term customer loyalty.  Proactively communicate with our partners and answer customer phone inquiries providing information as to the status of orders already placed, backorders, product transitions, return authorizations, confirming orders and verifying information for large product truck deliveries, getting quotes for truck shipments, scheduling truck pick-up appointments, etc.
     
  • Order Maintenance - Manage orders in IMG’s system including setting up skus, kits, customer accounts, order entry, cancellations, managing backorder situations, reviewing and approving return authorizations and entering them into the returns system. 
     
  • Internal Administrative and Marketing Support 
    Providing information, reports, documentation, filing claims, etc. to ensure communication of information internally and providing internal sales support such as creating marketing documentation and administration paperwork as required by our partners so that our products can be aired or placed on their respective Internet sites or in catalogs.  
     
  • Operations Support - Supporting the warehouse team including creating documents as needed and during high volume shipping days and during 4th quarter assisting with various warehouse functions (shipping on the line, in pick and pack, at a bagger station, etc.)

Experience/Education Required

          Microsoft Office

          Bachelor degree
