Currently, we have a new opportunity for an experienced Customer Service Account Coordinator in our headquarter location of Kenosha, Wisconsin.
JOB DESCRIPTION
In this role, you will:
- Provide excellent service to Colbert customers by accurately processing and managing their orders from receipt through production to delivery.
- Accurately input data for computerized processing of job estimates to determine production order costs including materials’ costs and customer delivery based upon client and/or sales representative information.
- Accurately calculate all costs incurred, including material, outside processing, machine make ready and run times, freight and warehousing.
- Communicate and retrieve product structural data to/from CAD for sample-making.
- Prepare for and conduct pre-production meetings.
- Communicate with production personnel as needed & attend daily production meeting.
- Track customer orders with regular communication, including weekly open order updates & timely notification of any delays.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Must have ability to read, write and speak English clearly; to properly communicate with customers.
- Ability to perform basic mathematical computations including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division and calculate percentages.
- Previous Customer Service/Account Coordinator experience in a printing or manufacturing environment preferred.

ENVIRONMENT / SCHEDULE
- This role is in-person working in an office environment at our Kenosha, Wisconsin headquarters.
- Days: Monday through Friday
- Hours: 40 hours per week
