Technical Support Specialist

 

This will be onsite at one of the largest Financial Firms in the world!

Full Time 40plus hrs a week for 3-4 months so please ensure your schedule allows this.

This is not application role it hardware technology and customer support.

 

Soft skill tech service resources they won t have to go in the IT closet. Need to have people skills and interface with end users. Also need to be able to perform basic desktop hardware troubleshooting items. Help end users with Wi-Fi and desktop set up. They will escalate to the onsite teams for complex issues.
