This opportunity is for County Caseworkers. Build rapport and a professional relationship with consumers of all ages in services and their families. Serve as an advocate for the consumer, monitor the delivery of services, link individuals to services, develop social supports, and encourage self-determination.  

Position may be eligible for hybrid of on-site and remote work at 3 months of employment.
