General Manager – Rita’s Italian Ice (Streetsboro, OH)
Salary: $37,000–$50,000/year (bi-weekly pay)
Schedule: Full-time | 45–50 hours/week
Benefits: Paid vacation (1 to 7 weeks annually), growth opportunities
Rita’s Italian Ice in Streetsboro is seeking a driven and experienced General Manager to join our growing team. With rapid expansion underway, our current General Manager is being promoted to a multi-store supervisory role—creating an immediate opening for the right candidate to step in and lead our flagship location.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations in alignment with Rita’s standards and systemsManage scheduling, hiring, onboarding, and training of team membersMaintain product consistency, quality, and cleanlinessExecute inventory control, ordering, and cash management processesFoster a motivated and friendly work environment focused on staff developmentEnsure compliance with HR policies and food safety standards
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required, Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver’s license, Ability to pass a background check, Prior experience in food service or retail management strongly preferredStrong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
Training & Growth:
Comprehensive training will be provided on-site with a certified trainer. Additional off-site training may be conducted at Rita’s corporate training center. This position offers excellent growth potential for individuals looking to develop a long-term career in restaurant leadership.
