Account Coordinator

Account Coordinator | Grow Your Career in Sales & Account Management

Are you looking to launch a career with a dynamic, fast-growing company? ARW is seeking a driven and energetic Account Coordinator to support our high-performing ARW Home PRO sales team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career professional to build a strong foundation in client support and account operations, with room to grow into sales, account management, or business development.

This role is an in-office position based in our Boca Raton, Florida Home Office.

What You’ll Do:

  • Support the ARW Home PRO sales team with day-to-day account coordination tasks
  • Assist with lead management, CRM updates, and appointment scheduling
  • Make outbound calls to real estate professionals to introduce our programs and set meetings
  • Serve as a liaison between real estate clients and the PRO Account Management team to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery
  • Help move deals forward by coordinating activities across departments

Who You Are:

  • Proactive and enthusiastic, with 0–3 years of experience in a client-facing or support role
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities
  • A strong communicator who enjoys building relationships and supporting a team
  • Comfortable on the phone and engaging with professionals in a B2B environment
  • Tech-savvy and quick to learn new tools and systems
  • Interested in growing your career in account management, sales, or business operations

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree (or working toward one) in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Internship or entry-level experience in sales, marketing, or customer/client support
  • A strong interest in professional growth within a sales or account-based organization

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
