Membership and Operations Coordinator [4625]

Nonprofit organization seeks a temporary-to-permanent Membership and Operations Coordinator to provide strong administrative, operational, and membership support.

Responsibilities:

  • Address member inquiries via phone and email.
  • Onboard new members, maintain membership records, and update internal membership databases.
  • Track inventory and order office supplies.
  • Coordinate logistics for board meetings by handling catering and scheduling.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and serve as liaison with external IT providers.
  • Draft and edit company newsletter.
  • Other duties and tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong organization and time management skills.
  • Positive and professional attitude.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Familiarity with standard office policies and procedures.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and email marketing platforms.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • At least two (2) years of experience in an administrative, operations, or membership support role, preferably within a nonprofit or membership organization.

Rate: $22 per hour while temping.

Salary: $65,000 – $75,000 per year once permanent.
