Sales Internship – Field Representative Track

As a Sales Intern, you'll work closely with our field sales team to learn lead generation, client engagement, and business development. This hands-on role is perfect for students or early-career professionals looking to break into sales and grow fast. The internship can lead to a full-time opportunity.

What You’ll Do

Learn and apply field sales strategies through cold outreach, networking, and follow-ups

Assist in developing and maintaining relationships with clients and prospects in a specific territory

Represent our brand in meetings, community events, or through digital outreach

Track leads, sales activity, and goals using CRM tools

Collaborate with sales leaders to learn about regional strategy and client targeting

Contribute ideas to improve outreach, messaging, and campaign performance

Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and coaching to improve performance

Gain leadership exposure by shadowing managers and top performers

Who You Are

A self-starter with a strong interest in sales, marketing, or business development

Willing to step outside your comfort zone to grow personally and professionally

A great communicator—confident in speaking with others and building connections

Curious, coachable, and eager to learn through real-world experience

Comfortable with technology (Google Workspace, CRM tools, Zoom)

A student or recent graduate seeking hands-on, fast-paced learning
