Creative Manager
POSITION: Creative Manager REPORTS TO: Special Projects Director
DEPARTMENT/PROGRAM: STATUS: Exempt – Full Time Salaried
JOB SUMMARY
Creative Manager is responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of all assigned programs in accordance
with RTV mission, goals, and policies. Creative Manager will play a pivotal role in leading and executing the creative
vision and strategy to support our mission. You will oversee the creation of diverse creative assets across various
platforms, ensuring alignment with our organization's goals and values.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
● Under the management of the Special Projects Director, establish goals and objectives to effectively
implement campaigns and goals by participating in daily, weekly meetings and bi-monthly agency meetings
to address any events, activities and/or issues related to all sites/ministries
● Oversee the development of digital content, including emails, text blasts, videos, ads, social media posts,
and print materials, to effectively engage our audience and drive our message
● Lead and collaborate with the creative team to conceptualize, plan, and deliver impactful content for RTV and
CEO-led initiatives
● Represent the organization at provider meetings, conferences, and training
Social Media & Marketing
● Manage all company social media platforms and digital campaigns, ensuring consistency with our brand identity
and message
● Oversee production and filming of social media shoot days
● Develop monthly content calendars to map out the content flow of platforms
● Write articles for press material
● Oversee and track ad buy spend
● Create and execute external email and text blasts to maintain and increase community engagement
Content Creation
● Create and update all company flyers, graphics, presentations, proposals brochures, brand guides and marketing
material
● Film and edit all video content needed for various companywide initiatives
● Capture and edit all companywide images for various campaigns, proposals and presentations
Event Production
● Oversee the setup of audio-visual equipment for events, including managing teleprompters, projectors, lighting,
HDMI cables, microphones, and cameras
● Run all event presentations to ensure speaker presentation is streamlined
● Capture and edit all companywide images for various campaigns, proposals and presentations
● Work with management to ensure talent has necessary audio-visual capabilities
● Research and test new audio-visual and production equipment as needed
● Find and vet audio-visual, production, and decor services
● Overlook warehouse logistics, including load-in and load-out in preparation for event days
Additional Duties
● Answer phones and greeting clients/visitors
● Record keeping and data entry into various platforms● File system management
● Order supplies and maintain inventory of related items
● Coordinate meetings and scheduling
● Assist with event planning and coordinate travel arrangements
● Manage office purchases and contracts
● Organizing documents and ensuring accuracy
● Ensuring compliance with documentation of all projects
● Ensuring that company documents are up to date and available

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
● Bachelor's degree in graphic design, marketing, communications, or related field
● Extensive experience in digital content creation, marketing strategy implementation, and audio-visual setup and
troubleshooting
● Proficiency in software such as Adobe Creative Suite, ActiveCampaign, Hootsuite, Adobe Premier, Canva,
Monday.com, Otter.AI, and Google Analytics
● Strong leadership skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
● Ability to operate video recording equipment such cameras, lighting and microphones
● Excellent interpersonal, listening and communication skills with sensitivity to cultural communication
differences
● Attentive to detail and ability to reliably stay on top of a range of tasks and projects
● Professional and diplomatic manner and disposition in interacting with grantee partners and senior
management, co-workers, and the public; show discretion in handling confidential material
● High level of self-motivation and at ease working autonomously when necessary
● Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities, and possessing excellent
follow-up skills
● Strong written and oral communications skills in English

WORK HOURS & LOCATION
Monday - Friday 9:30AM - 5:30PM; On-site at RTV Office. Must attend all RTV events. Site visits and off-site
meetings may be required. Additional work hours required during periods of grant writing, grant reporting, events,
etc. Work schedule, hours, and location subject to change due to project needs and work procedures.
