E-Commerce Intern

E-COMMERCE INTERN : NORTH AMERICA

Location: Seattle, WA (Hybrid – 1 day/week in Ballard office)

Compensation: $21/hour

Schedule: 20 hours/week

About the Role

Are you passionate about digital commerce and excited to gain hands-on experience on the world’s biggest online marketplaces? We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented E-Commerce Intern to support our growing North American business. You'll help build and optimize high-performing product pages across platforms like Amazon, Chewy, and Walmart, contributing to both strategy and execution.

This role is ideal for someone who’s both creative and analytical, ready to dive into real-world business problems, experiment, and learn at a fast pace.

What You’ll Do

  • Product Optimization & Merchandising
    • Build and manage conversion-optimized product pages to maximize visibility, traffic, and sales
    • Execute merchandising strategies including content optimization and promotional campaigns
    • A/B test product listings to continuously improve performance
  • Consumer Insights & Business Analytics
    • Analyze customer shopping behavior patterns to uncover actionable insights
    • Create and maintain performance dashboards to track KPIs and measure success
    • Generate data-driven recommendations to enhance customer engagement

What We’re Looking For

Key Attributes

  • Detail Excellence: Exceptional attention to detail with strong organizational and project management capabilities
  • Adaptability: Comfortable navigating ambiguous situations and building processes from the ground up
  • Technical Proficiency: Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis functions)
  • Analytical Mindset: Strong interest in data-driven decision making and problem-solving

Nice-to-Have (But Not Required)

  • Experience with Amazon Seller Central, Vendor Central, or similar marketplace platforms
  • Knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, or e-commerce analytics tools
  • Relevant coursework or internship experience in marketing, business, analytics, or related fields
