Location: Remote (bonus if SF Bay Area resident)
Level: Junior-level (2+ year experience)

The Operations & Events Specialist has a central role in facilitating and supporting regular operations and team coordination at ONE PR Studio. This position reports directly to the CEO and helps maintain internal processes, coordinate logistical needs, and assists with both internal and partner events. Attention to detail is a must, and this role requires the individual to be able to be a self-starter and highly functional independent worker with a team-oriented approach. The person in this position must be approachable and personable, organized, proactive, resourceful, and a strong communicator who enjoys handling a variety of projects, big and small; and collaborating with all team members and partners.

What Weโ€™re Looking For:

  • 1-2+ year of admin, events, or office support experience
  • Strong communication and organization skills
  • Positive, can-do attitude
  • Comfortable using tools like Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, and social media platforms
