The Darke County Prosecutor’s Office, in Greenville, Ohio, is seeking a full-time Assistant Prosecuting Attorney within the Municipal Court Division. This Assistant Prosecutor shall be responsible for all cases filed in the Municipal Court.  Applicants must be licensed to practice law in the State of Ohio, motivated, organized and responsible. Salary TBD depending on experience plus county medical benefits and OPERS.  

Licensed Ohio Attorney in good standing (or law school graduate awaiting bar results)

Excellent written and oral communication skills
