Operations Administrative Assistant, RBC

Reformation Bible College is seeking a detail-oriented and mission-minded Operations Administrative Assistant to support the work behind the scenes that makes everything else possible. In this role, you'll help manage schedules, track budgets, coordinate with departments and vendors, and provide vital administrative support to the Director of Operations and broader team. From handling communications around tuition and housing, to supporting executive-level projects—your work will touch every corner of campus life. In this role, you will:

  • Assist with process documentation for the Director of Operations and maintain budget tracking, metrics, and reconciliations for the Director of Operations.
  • Support the Office of Student Records by ensuring best practices in communications and logistics related to tuition, housing, payments, and academic records.
  • Work both independently and collaboratively on special projects, including tasks assigned by the RBC cabinet, such as disseminating information and engaging with constituents.
  • Ensure operational policies, processes, and best practices are documented and implemented.
  • Offer administrative support by prioritizing and organizing large volumes of information and addressing routine and non-routine inquiries.
  • Handle confidential information and develop or explain policies when necessary.
  • Serve as a liaison between departments and external vendors.
  • Create and monitor purchase authorizations, check requests, and related processes to ensure timely and efficient vendor payments.
  • Oversee time and attendance administration for part-time student employees.

Qualifications:

  • 2-4 years of administrative experience.
  • Strong initiative and ability to work independently.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and schedules simultaneously.
  • Professional demeanor and presentation.
  • Affirmation of Ligonier’s Core Statement of Faith.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook.
