E-Commerce Specialist
Sycamore is looking for an E-Commerce Specialist that has a successful track record in managing and growing an E-Commerce business. This individual must be goal-oriented, self-motivated, and extremely well organized. He or she will be a key player in the continued development of the company vision and strategy by bringing innovative ideas and problem solving to the table with the management team.
You must have passion for digital marketing, E-Commerce and ability to convert ideas into reality. Your experience in managing multiple priorities and selecting the right initiatives will be key to success in this role.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Oversee, manage and drive online sales for the company brand.
- Manage the website by planning and implementing updates and changes to include writing or sourcing content, adding graphics, images and other multimedia content.
- Create website experiences that result in an increase in lead generation and customer acquisition.
- Design and develop the website using online tools, along with creating landing/product pages and templates.
- Align with sales and marketing on promotions, special events and the marketing calendar.
- Manage 3rd Party Sales Channels and account strategy
- Manage sales, orders, returns for 3rdParty Channels
- Generate daily, weekly, monthly and ad-hoc reports
- Build and manage marketing team to achieve annual targets
- Lead category management and Product Portfolio Strategy and Positioning
- Manage the End-to-End Customer Experience for Sycamore Life Sciences Customers; tone, communication style, process, and response time are all key elements and crucial for success.
- Management of Content Team, SEO, and outbound customer communication
- Management of Channel growth initiatives
- Assist with the Management of Vendor Relationships including contracts, pricing review, and customer support
Qualifications and Skills
Must have current knowledge of:
- Digital Marketing, social media, eCommerce, SEO, Google Adwords, Google Analytics
- Category management and merchandising through CMS (e.g. Bigcommerce, Magento)
- Building features and automation to improve customer experience
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Related Field
- MBA or Startup experience preferred
- Experience in a Digital Marketing, Strategy and Execution
- Experience in selling or marketing through online marketplaces
- Strong Organization and Multitasking Skills
- Ability to think strategically, work collaboratively, and communicate effectively across all functions
- Ability to develop creative approaches to solving problem
- Strong Written and Verbal communication skills
