At ADAMA, we’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Quality Control Lab Technician to join our team in Ocilla, GA. In this role, you’ll get hands-on experience in a fast-paced quality lab that supports our manufacturing operations by making sure our crop protection products meet strict industry standards.

🔎 What You’ll Do

Keep the lab safe, clean, and well-organized — including cleaning equipment and glassware.

Receive and log incoming product samples for testing.

Run routine chemical and physical tests using standard procedures (training provided).

Use lab instruments, maintain equipment, and report maintenance needs.

Enter test data, analyze results, and communicate findings to the operations team.

Help train new lab team members once you're confident in your own role.

Track inventory and restock lab supplies as needed.

🧠 What We’re Looking For

Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow both written and verbal instructions.

Solid basic math skills and comfort using spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets).

A positive, professional attitude — someone who shows up and contributes to a team.

Willingness to learn new tasks and ask questions when unsure.

Reliable, organized, and comfortable working with chemicals and lab tools.

✅ Bonus If You Have:

A high school diploma with at least one chemistry class

An associate’s degree in a science-related field (preferred but not required)

Experience working with lab tools or doing hands-on projects

Full-time position

You’ll be on your feet — lifting up to 30 lbs, climbing stairs, standing/sitting as needed
