Position Overview 

We are seeking a passionate and motivated intern to support our VP of Corporate Responsibility & Social Impact. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in corporate social responsibility (CSR) and sustainability within the beauty industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Benchmarking of sustainable product analysis (both formulas and packaging) against global sustainable consumption framework
  • Data management and cleanup of key systems to reflect current product impact
  • Support the implementation of CSR initiatives and programs
  • Conduct research on sustainability trends, best practices, and industry benchmarks.
  • Sustainability metric analysis and reporting
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate CSR strategies into business operations.
  • Assist in documentation to support B Corporation Re-Certification documentation

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completing a degree in Environmental Studies, Sustainability, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in corporate social responsibility, sustainability, and the beauty industry.
  • Excellent research, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), especially Excel.
  • Ability to learn and navigate new information systems quickly.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive and positive attitude.
