Client Experience Coordinator

Job Overview:
We’re looking for a warm, detail-oriented team member to help guide clients through the studio experience. This role involves managing our calendar, communicating with clients, hosting studio tours, and ensuring sessions run smoothly. Will play a key role in helping clients feel prepared, supported, and cared for throughout their journey with us.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and social media

Schedule photo sessions, consultations, and studio tours

Maintain and update the studio calendar and CRM (Dubsado)

Send reminders, prep guides, and follow-up emails to clients

Coordinate with the photography and production teams on session logistics

Host in-studio client tours and welcome guests on shoot days

Support general studio organization and administrative tasks

What We’re Looking For:

Strong communication and organization skills

Friendly, professional demeanor with attention to detail

Comfortable using Apple computers, CRM systems, and productivity tools

Prior experience in customer service, admin, or scheduling preferred

Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus

Interest in photography or creative industries is a bonus
