What You'll Do:
As a Sales Representative, you’ll become the trusted advisor homeowners rely on during one of their most stressful times — storm damage restoration and roof replacement. With paid training, uncapped earning potential, and a clear pathway to for career advancement to sales manager and general manager, your success is in your hands!
Daily Responsibilities:
- Build relationships and generate leads through local outreach
- Conduct roof inspections (ladder use required) to assess storm damage
- Educate and guide homeowners through restoration solutions
- Present custom solutions and close deals
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
- Collaborate with our team to meet and exceed goals
What We’re Looking For:
- A self-starter with a passion for people and problem-solving
- Strong communication skills and confidence meeting new people
- Dependability, proactivity, and a drive to exceed expectations
- Ability to climb ladders and perform roof inspections
- Reliable transportation and local travel required
- Sales experience is a plus, but not required — we train from the ground up!
