Support Technician

Woodside Bible Church exists to help people belong to Christ, grow in Christ, and reach the world for Christ. Our IT team—alongside the rest of Central Support—advances that mission by designing, maintaining, and optimizing the technical systems that power ministry at each of our 14 campuses.

As a Support Technician, you will deliver frontline, customer-focused technical assistance across all Woodside locations. Day-to-day, you will:

  • Diagnose and resolve issues involving desktop hardware/software, phones, printers, and remote access.
  • Escalate complex problems to Lead Technicians when needed.
  • Champion timely, courteous service that keeps staff equipped and ministry running smoothly.

Success in this role calls for a proactive problem-solver who blends solid troubleshooting skills with a warm, ministry-minded attitude and an eagerness to keep learning.

If you love technology and have a heart for ministry, this could be your dream role!

Note: Because we view all Woodside staff as ministry partners, we ask that all staff become active members of one of our 14 locations. To learn more about Woodside Bible Church, visit woodsidebible.org.
