Job Description and Responsibilities

1. Assist Sales and Marketing Coordinator with our marketing in the creation of sales proposals and marketing collateral
2. Assist with planning and executing events
3. Provide graphic design support for website and marketing materials
4. Assist with organizing and maintaining marketing schedule and files
5. Provide writing and design support for the creation of documents, presentations, and other materials
6. Assist with organizing and scheduling sales calls with clients and potential clients
7. Assist with client outreach regarding conferences and DAI client events
8. Update and maintain databases
9. Create and manage social media content
