Job Title: Tailored Marketing: Marketing Intern – Fall 2025

Time Commitment: In-person, 10–15 hours per week (flexible scheduling)

Preferred Major: Marketing (Other related majors may be considered)

Position Overview

A Fall 2025 Marketing Intern will support marketing goals for both Tailored Marketing and JARVIS XR, gaining hands-on experience in various marketing and communications strategies. The intern will collaborate with the team to execute marketing campaigns, assist with content creation, and participate in brand development initiatives. This role offers exposure to cutting-edge AI trends, social media marketing, email campaigns, and more, while providing an opportunity to work with both internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Support marketing goals for Tailored Marketing and JARVIS XR, including content creation and strategy execution.
• Collaborate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions to generate ideas for deliverables and campaigns.
• Take initiative in solving problems (e.g., fixing email errors, organizing contacts, researching tools) and communicating updates across teams.
• Research AI trends, tools, and industry conversations to inform content development and platform strategies.
• Assist in social media management, focusing on LinkedIn, and curate AI-related content.
• Manage content calendars for Jarvis and TMI, coordinate tasks, and update internal business materials.
• Assist in design and development of brand assets (logos, layouts), presentation decks, and email campaigns via Mailchimp with the Creative Director.

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong interest in marketing, social media, and content creation.
• Familiarity with social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.
• Knowledge of Canva, the Adobe Suite, or other design tools is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail, self-motivation, and the ability to work independently.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Compensation

This internship is part of the Pitt Business Career Internship Scholarship Program and is available exclusively to Pitt Business students. The position offers a $3,000 scholarship.
