Licensed Insurance Agent / Account Manager

Insurance Agent/Account manager -

THIS IS A PROPERTY/CASUALTY POSITION. (Not Life /Health)

This is NOT a remote or work from home opportunity. In office work is required.

We are seeking a passionate, self-driven person to sell, market, and service our insurance products to existing clients and new customers. As a full-time employee you will help individuals, families, and small businesses.

This is a relationship based position. You will be working with customers in person, on the phone, and electronically. If you enjoy helping people this may be for you.

  • Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and closes sales.

Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, etc.

  • A Florida 220 or 440 insurance license is required and a minimum track record of sales / service experience. This posting requires a minimum of 2 years insurance experience.

Salary & Benefits:

  • Compensation will be commensurate with experience.
  • There is an hourly / base pay plus bonus/incentive pay
  • Health, and PTO available after 90 days
  • Monday - Friday 8:30 am - 5:00 pm schedule with an occasional special engagement after hours or weekends
  • Business Casual Environment, Not beach casual and not business formal.
