Mobile Developer Intern (React Native)

We are seeking an enthusiastic and talented entry-level Mobile Developer intern specializing in React Native for an exciting summer internship at our fast-paced fintech and AI startup. Ideal candidates should have foundational experience with React Native, TypeScript, and mobile app development and a strong willingness to learn and contribute to innovative financial technology solutions powered by artificial intelligence.
 

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with our development team to design, develop, and maintain engaging mobile applications using React Native.
  • Write efficient, clean, and maintainable code with clear documentation, utilizing React Native, TypeScript, and associated frameworks.
  • Participate in regular code reviews and actively contribute to improving our app’s performance and quality.
  • Help troubleshoot, debug, and optimize app performance and reliability across iOS and Android platforms.
     

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in JavaScript with practical experience in React Native and TypeScript.
  • Familiarity with mobile app development concepts, including state management and integration with backend services.
  • Understanding of UI/UX principles, responsive design, and mobile-first strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
  • Availability to commit full-time for the entirety of the summer internship.
     

Preferred Experience:

  • Prior experience or knowledge related to stock trading or investment apps would be highly advantageous.
     

This is a full-time summer internship role, and candidates must be able to commit fully throughout the internship duration. Sponsorship opportunities are not available for this position. Exceptional interns demonstrating strong performance and alignment with our company goals may be considered for full-time positions upon completion of the internship.
