About the Role
As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you’ll be the first point of contact for many of our customers—sparking conversations, identifying needs, and setting the stage for sales success. You’ll partner directly with our Client Sales Advisors to grow existing accounts and introduce Intermedia’s powerful cloud-based solutions.
This is a full-time, in-office role (4 days/week) with a front-row seat to your future in tech sales.
 What You'll Do
- Prospect and engage existing customers to uncover expansion opportunities
- Generate qualified leads and book meetings for our Client Sales Advisors
- Leverage tools like Salesforce, LinkedIn, ZoomInfo to power outreach
- Learn and articulate the value of our UCaaS, CCaaS, and BCA products
- Work side-by-side with leadership in a high-growth, collaborative office
- Hit monthly KPIs and grow your skills in a supportive environment
 What You Bring
- 1+ years in B2B sales, business development, or high-volume outreach
- A curious mind and great communication skills (written + verbal)
- Confidence and energy in a phone-based sales setting
- High accountability and organizational skills
- Excitement to work in-office on a dynamic team
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
