*This is a paid internship where candidates must be able to commit to at least 10 hours/week. If appropriate, there is an opportunity for receiving school credit for this position. *

JOB DESCRIPTION 

• Support the marketing team and sales in daily administrative tasks 

• Assist in marketing promotional activities (e.g. social media, direct mail, events)

 • Assist with Social Media post on Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter 

• Create content for our expoIT social platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter)

• Manage and update company database and customer relationship management systems (CRM)

 • Collect quantitative and qualitative data/leads from sales and marketing campaigns

 • Create and maintain a list/database of prospect clients

 • Assist with lead generation and customer retention

REQUIREMENTS 

• Work 10 hours/week 

• Ability to work collaboratively as a member of a team

 • Attention to detail with excellent accuracy is a must 

• Organizational, oral, and written skills 

• Ability to multi-task and prioritize

 • Ability to work well under tight deadlines

 • Proficiency with computer programs such as MS Excel and Word
