Social Media Manager

Company: MaroonGroup LLC
Location: Remote (U.S.-based preferred)
Duration: 8–12 weeks
Hours: 10–15 hrs/week
Compensation: 3-week internship with opportunity to convert to paid role at $25/hour

About the Role:

We’re looking for a creative, results-driven Social Media Manager to help us grow our online presence, strengthen brand identity, and drive engagement across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn. You'll work closely with the founding team to craft and execute social campaigns that reflect our mission and personality.

 

What You’ll Do:

Develop and schedule engaging content across Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant platforms

Create high-converting copy, captions, and reels that align with our brand voice

Track metrics and report on growth, reach, and engagement

Engage with the community through comments, DMs, and influencer outreach

Coordinate launch campaigns and social activations for product milestones

Help define and maintain brand aesthetics and tone

 

What We’re Looking For:

Experience growing brand accounts (please include specific examples and metrics)

Strong understanding of current trends and platform algorithms

Creative eye for content, aesthetics, and storytelling

Self-starter with a product and marketing mindset

Bonus: skills in Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite, or video editing apps

Bonus: experience with paid ad campaigns or influencer collaborations
