Marketing Operations Intern

S3 AeroDefense is looking for a Marketing Operations Intern to join our team!

About Us:
S3 AeroDefense operates in a fast-paced, mission-critical industry, supporting global
military aviation customers with parts, repairs, and engineered solutions. We’re a small
but powerful marketing team working at the intersection of strategy, storytelling, and
execution, driving visibility, supporting sales, and building brand reputation.

Position Summary:
We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Marketing Operations Intern to support
the day-to-day function of our marketing systems and help execute a variety of strategic
projects. This is a hands-on role designed to give you real-world experience in digital
marketing, events, design support, account-based marketing, and more. You’ll work
closely with our lean, experienced team and gain exposure to marketing practices in a
niche industry from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities:
· Manage and maintain marketing systems, databases, and trackers
· Assist with digital, design, and event marketing initiatives
· Support execution of account-based marketing campaigns
· Perform data entry and ensure CRM/marketing asset accuracy
· Assist with administrative tasks including scheduling, documentation, and
organization
· Help with inventory and coordination of branded gifts and marketing assets
· Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas on process improvements and
content development
· Support other special projects as assigned

Qualifications:
· Currently enrolled in a degree program in marketing, communications, business, or
a related field

Compensation
This is an ongoing internship requiring an average of 20 hours per week. S3 AeroDefense offers a competitive salary and a hybrid work schedule (after completing 90 days of employment) to support work-life balance.
