We are looking for a Business Development Representative who is ready to take ownership of our local market growth. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a high-energy, client-focused role.
What You Will Do:
-Drive local sales and growth
-Build and maintain relationships with local businesses
-Prospect leads, qualify opportunities, and close deals
-Collaborate with our recruiting team to deliver staffing solutions
-Use a consultative approach to help clients solve workforce challenges
Qualifications:
-2 to 5 years of sales experience (staffing experience a plus!)
-Strong communication and relationship-building skills
-Organized, self-motivated, and goal-driven
-Experience using CRMs and digital tools to manage a sales pipeline
