Now Hiring: Entry-Level Graphic Designer – Ztrange Designs (Charleroi, PA)

Ztrange Designs is looking for a creative and motivated Entry-Level Graphic Designer to join our fast-paced, multi-capability design and print studio. If you have a passion for turning ideas into visually compelling products and want to work in an environment that offers hands-on experience with everything from apparel to signage — we want to meet you.

Location: Charleroi, PA
Job Type: Full-Time
Pay Range: $17–$20/hour (based on skill level and experience)

Key Responsibilities

  • Design print-ready artwork for apparel, signage, and promotional materials
  • Create layouts and visual assets using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
  • Work with production staff to ensure designs translate effectively to physical products
  • Maintain consistency with client brand standards
  • Assist with preparing files for various output methods (wide-format printing, DTF, embroidery, etc.)
  • Support team in general design and production tasks as needed

Required Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
  • Degree in Graphic Design or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Willingness to work in a fast-moving, production-focused environment

Preferred (Not Required) Experience

  • Knowledge of:
  • HP Latex 365 & HP Latex R2000 printers
  • Vinyl printing & application
  • Laser engraving workflows
  • DTF (Direct-to-Film) print production
  • Embroidery prep and digitizing
  • CNC software and routing process

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
