Mandarin speaking Office Assistant- Urgently Needed (Santa Monica) 

 

Bilingual Office Assistant needed (Mandarin/English speaking) 

 

We are looking for a competent Office Assistant to help with recruiting, answering phones, marketing letters/translation. Our small but growing company needs a reliable, organized Office Assistant to manage the day-to-day administrative aspects of running the business. As part of a small corporate office, we must wear many different hats. The ideal candidate will be a hard-working professional able to undertake various office support tasks with a high degree of attention to detail and discretion. The Office Assistant position plays a vital role in the company and requires a reliable individual who can communicate effectively, prioritize, and follow-through. A pleasing personality with strong communication skills is also highly valued. 

 

Duties: - General Office Duties 

- Daily Employee Recruiting 

- Answering Phone 

- Direct Assistant to CEO 

- Marketing Letters/Materials Translation (English to Mandarin) 

- Assisting others in the office with anything that is needed 

- Social media skills a plus

- Meal break and 10-minute break compliance

 

Skills: 

- Driven 

- Communication Skills 

- Basic Graphic Design a plus

- Marketing skills a plus 

- Desire to help others 

- Team player 

- Experience working as an administrative assistant 

- BS/BA degree preferred  

- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel 

 

Position: Executive Assistant 

Reporting Relationship: CEO and Managers 

Schedule: Full-Time or Part-Time; Office hours: 9:00AM - 5:30PM 

Pay range: $20.00- $23.00/hr. - Bi-weekly payroll 

Benefits: 401k, Medical/Dental Insurance 

Dress code: Business Casual
