General Job Description
Parker Technology is an innovative leader in the ever-changing parking business. We are seeking to hire bright and self-motivated individuals for our Customer Service team. You’ll be responsible for answering live, video, face-to-face calls from parking customers across the US. Our Indianapolis-based call center operates 24/7/365. We respond to questions or issues regarding parking services. Familiarity with each parking customer and their policies and the ability to scan computer screens for information enables the reps to answer questions or explain options.

First shift openings,  11am-7pm / 4 weekday - 1 weekend shift

Second shift openings, Monday - Thursday 2pm - 10pm / Saturday 3pm-11pm.

How you make an impact:

  • Attention to detail - Pay close attention to the rules and information for each facility and respond to calls appropriately
  • Communication
  • Ensure supervisors are aware of repetitive issues at facilities
  • Call out to garage contacts as dictated by the facility rules to communicate issues or get permission for next steps when dealing with issues.
  • Teamwork - Help other CSRs on the team with information and helpful hints
  • Dependability – Arrive on time and be ready to take calls at the beginning of your shift
  • Problem solving skills
  • Ability to read and capture multiple inputs
  • Good keyboarding skills
  • Ability to make judgment when given guidelines
  • Good memory for detail
  • Prefer to learn by reading and studying
  • Ability to maintain calm composure under stress of multiple calls; not easily rattled
